2. Description of Service
Routvio is a B2B SaaS platform providing zone-based route optimization and dispatch management for delivery fleets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
The Routvio platform includes, but is not limited to, the following features and functionality: interactive zone drawing and management on a map interface, automatic order-to-agent assignment based on geographic zones, CSV order import and manual order entry, agent profile management and workload monitoring, order management panel with filtering and bulk operations, and basic reporting with daily and weekly performance summaries. We continuously improve and expand our feature set and reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Routvio Ltd cancels it.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Routvio Ltd with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. 9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your Contributions; (2) use of the Site; (3) breach of these Terms of Service; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service; (5) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (6) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Site with whom you connected via the Site.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
