About
Dispatch shouldn't run on WhatsApp.
Most B2B wholesale distributors still assign orders to drivers by hand: a dispatcher reading addresses off a spreadsheet, messaging drivers one by one, hoping nothing gets missed or double-booked. It works, until the order volume grows past what one person can hold in their head.
Routvio replaces that process with zones. Draw your delivery sectors once on a map, link each one to an agent and van, and every order that comes in is assigned automatically based on where it falls, with capacity checked before it's handed off. The dispatcher's job shifts from manual assignment to oversight, exceptions, and the occasional one-click override.
We're building this first for wholesale distributors in France, starting with a small group of teams before opening up more broadly.
Our approach
Zones, not guesswork
Draw your delivery sectors once. Every order that falls inside a zone goes to that zone's agent automatically, every time, with no daily decisions to make.
Capacity checked, not assumed
Auto-assignment accounts for each van's remaining capacity, so orders don't get piled onto a driver who's already full.
Override in one click
Automation is the default, not the only option. Any order can be manually reassigned in seconds when something doesn't fit the plan.
We're pre-launch and working closely with early distributors to get this right. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
